GO 4 Schools updates nightly with the group membership changes in your MIS. If any group memberships are finishing in your MIS this week due to exams, that will also feed into GO 4 Schools and you may lose visibility of current subjects.
We intend to bulk lock all subjects on the 20th May as usual - locking retains group membership and therefore subject visibility in GO 4 Schools, but allows all other functionality to continue as before. However if your timetable changes are taking place before the May half term holidays, you may want to lock your subjects before then.

If you would like your school excluded from the locking on the 20th May as you know your subjects are all timetabled until the very last day of the school year please let us know via a support ticket (it's also very easy to unlock later if you're not sure!)
