We have set this external support centre up to allow users to more easily access our help resources, as well as allow us to update them more regularly. The site is hosted outside of the normal GO 4 Schools website, so is also accessible if our main site is not. Tickets can be opened via the support portal, or by emailing email@example.com. To enable users to easily register, and then access the support centre, we have added a link to both versions of the GO 4 Schools website.
If you are on the new menu, the link is available under the help icon:
If you are using the old menu, it is available under Help & technical support:
If you do not currently have a support centre account one will be created for you and we will email you an activation link to activate your account - this email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you set a password and activate your account you can use the support centre to raise tickets, as well as search through all the help centre articles/videos.
If you already have a support centre account, the link will open a new tab to support.go4schools.com.
As the support centre opens in a new window, you may get a notification from your browser that a pop-up was blocked. Clicking this notification and allowing pop-ups will open the support centre.
You can access all of your ticket history by clicking on Legacy support tickets. While we will always keep the history of tickets that have been raised by a school, we will shortly be removing the ability to raise new tickets via the GO 4 Schools website.
